What is the story about your team name?
KM: Since we have a few former Buccaneeers players, I went with a name that is another word for Buccaneer.
DD: When the team got started years back the team was mostly Withrow alumni.

What position/player would you hate to lose?
KM: Jon Millson - corner / receiver
DD: Steve Clay - wide receiver

What did your team do during the bye week?
DD: Nothing.

Who is your team’s MVP at this point?
KM: Kevin Marcum - QB
DD: Antonio Davis

KM: Two

KM: Not sure

What is the standard you measure of your team’s play... wins, loses or execution?
KM: Has to be execution.
DD: Who we’ve beaten / you have to beat the best to be the best.

KM: Mike Roth - Falcons rusher

KM: Buccaneers

Who has been your biggest football influence?
KM: Harvey Kahl
DD: Felix Moore…I didn’t have any brothers or sisters…my cousin was the person who introduced me to football and I haven’t looked back.

Do you have an assistant coach?
KM: Yes. Jim Dickinson; defensive captain/practice coach

What advice would you give a coach trying to start a new team?
KM: Don’t just get bodies get players and a lot of them.
DD: He has to be flexible and make sacrifices to different personalities

Do you plan on taking your team to any out-of-town tournaments?
KM: Not yet we need to play together more first. we just started gelling the last couple of weeks its too early to take this team on the road.

What team do you most want to play or want another shot at?
KM: Falcons and Vikings

What has been your biggest adjustment in your coach philosophy?
KM: learning how to adjust scheme/personnel/positions on defense

KM: Gimenetti Baking Company. One of my players did some website work for them.
