Short report today due to the Saturday rainout. The games that were scheduled to be played on 5/10 will now be played on 5/17. This is an important week, with playoff seedings on the line. Cowboys vs. Flossin' - Cowboys win this one 12 - 6, but Flossin' gave them a run for their money. Both teams need wins this week to help secure a spot in the playoffs.

8 on 8 indoor
We're past the halfway point of the 8 on 8 indoor season, and the dominant teams are starting to emerge. The next two weeks will have a HUGE bearing on the standings, as you'll see in my picks for Games of the Week. Anyway, on with the standings. The 5 Stars (4-0) survived a scare from the Lobos (1-3) to remain undefeated and in first place. The Tri-State Falcons (3-1) made short work of the Titans to stay in second place. The Cowboys (2-2) pulled out a win to take over third place from Flossin' (2-2). The Lobos (1-3) and Titans (0-4) stay in fifth and sixth place, respecitvely.

Games of the Week
8 on 8 Outdoor - Carried over from last week
Rapid Fire vs. Run 'n Gun - 11:00 AM - North Conference Championship -There's a chance for either of these teams to take the North Conference championship. With a #1 seed and a first-round bye in the playoffs on the line, look for a very intense battle between these two teams. Who wants it more? We're about to find out.
Cowboys vs. Team Cincinnati / Vikings - 10:00 AM - Fight for second place in the South Conference. Both of these teams are athletic and hard-hitting, and I'm sure they'll both leave it all out on the field.
8 on 8 Indoor
5 Stars vs. Tri-State Falcons - 9:00 PM - The two most dominant teams in the league meet in the first of two consecutive contests. The winner here should be viewed as the favorite to win the league championship.
